Our origin as a design firm
The engineering services business is a so-called B2B type of business. Since our founding, we have been providing architectural design services to major real estate developers. In addition to developing our in-house collections, we will continue to serve as an engineering firm mainly for owners considering optimizing their land use and companies looking to develop budget hotels. Our engineering strength
We provide architectural design services mainly for housing and hotels. We are especially skilled in the design of reinforced concrete housing complexes, and we engineer structures as high in area efficiency and utilized floor area ratios as our "quador" collection for other real estate developers. If you deal with low-rise apartment complexes and are having trouble utilizing the land because the utilized floor area ratio is lower than expected due to your building being subject to strict height restrictions, you are more than welcome to contact us.
