Our company began in 1990, providing real estate planning, surveying, and design services and building up a strong track record.
We offer designer condominium rentals, known as "quador" collection, primarily in Tokyo, Nagoya, and Fukuoka.
We are also involved in developing and selling "Cherim" collection of investment apartments, as well as hotel development and other projects.
In 2015, the real estate business was separated from its parent company. In December 2019, it became part of Hajime Construction Co., Ltd. (Iida Group Holdings) and was renamed LIVING Corporation, Inc.
